As a veteran healthcare technology executive, Jim Hewitt brings over three decades of leadership in enterprise software development, product strategy, and operational execution. He founded Jardogs, a patient engagement company known for pioneering technology that empowered patients to manage their health records and connect with care teams. Following its acquisition by Allscripts in 2013, Jim served as EVP of Solutions Development, where he led large-scale initiatives across electronic health records, patient engagement, and population health platforms. He also held CIO roles at Springfield Clinic and Allscripts, where he oversaw complex IT infrastructures supporting thousands of providers and millions of patients. With a career that spans startups to publicly traded healthcare firms, Jim brings deep industry knowledge, product vision, and proven leadership to the Jardogs.ai team.

In his capacity as COO, Jordan Hewitt drives operational excellence at Jardogs.ai, drawing on significant past roles. At Andor Health, as an Enterprise Program Manager, he mastered the execution of foundational healthcare technology solutions, partnering with organizations like Microsoft, Walgreens, NIT, and Orlando Health to build efficient, scalable solutions from the ground up. Subsequently, as a Product Manager at Karmak, Jordan oversaw their entire reporting product suite while also spearheading the cross-platform application, Karmak Mobile Service, through its entire lifecycle from ideation to release. Notably, a recent case study attributed a 201% ROI and estimated annual cost savings of $500K to this product. This strong foundation in delivering impactful technology and managing the full product lifecycle is key to optimizing Jardogs.ai's product creation, delivery, and operational growth.

Blake Nickerson

As Director of Systems Engineering at Jardogs.ai, Blake Nickerson leads the development of secure, scalable infrastructure that powers the company’s healthcare platform. With over a decade of experience across retail, gaming, and SaaS, Blake has built enterprise-grade systems for organizations including Microsoft, Riot Games, and others. At Build-A-Bear, he developed in-store applications and automated GDPR/CCPA compliance workflows. As Director of IT at the Pittsburgh Knights, he led technical initiatives spanning live data systems and automated tournament platforms. He later co-founded MatchBot, a Discord-integrated matchmaking solution, where he delivered large-scale tools such as Riot’s Champions Queue and a live tournament automation system. Blake now brings this deep technical expertise to healthcare, architecting solutions built for performance, compliance, and growth.

Matt Harbarger

As Director of Implementation Services, Matt Harbarger drives both Implementations and Support at Jardogs.ai. With over 15 years of healthcare experience implementing customer-facing and backend solutions across multiple product lines throughout the United States, he has developed and refined many implementation methodologies to provide clients with a successful experience. He prides himself on establishing strong strategic relationships with customers, identifying priorities, and supporting complex, deadline-driven projects with a highly focused approach. As Director of Professional Services at Veradigm (formerly Allscripts), he managed Project Managers, Implementation Consultants and Technical Consultants. His responsibilities included maintaining client relationships, fostering partnerships with competing vendors, and developing comprehensive implementation methodologies across various EMR platforms.
